    Shape the first version of customer engagements and define where automation can create the most value.
    Translate operational pain points into scoped, prioritized delivery plans for engineering and product teams.
    Help customers move from interest in AI to a practical implementation path with clear constraints and outcomes.

    What you will own

    Lead discovery sessions with operators, managers, and stakeholders.
    Document workflows, bottlenecks, system dependencies, and approval points.
    Convert findings into clear solution framing, delivery phases, and success criteria.
    Work with engineering and product to align technical design with business priorities.
    Support customers through pilot design, rollout planning, and iteration cycles.
