Engineering

Own this role from week one

See the scope, outcomes, and working style expected so you can self-qualify quickly.

This is a role for engineers who care about shipping useful systems. You will work on APIs, orchestration, LLM integrations, evaluation loops, and the application logic that turns AI into something dependable inside real workflows.

    RemoteFull-time

    Why this role matters

Own the technical backbone of customer-facing automation systems and internal platform capabilities.
Improve the quality and maintainability of how we build production AI workflows.
Help define engineering standards where speed matters, but shortcuts still have to be defensible.

    What you will own

Build backend services and workflow orchestration for AI-powered products.
Integrate language models, retrieval, automation tooling, and external APIs.
Design for observability, maintainability, security, and operational clarity.
Collaborate with product and design to ship end-to-end features.
Contribute to evaluation, failure handling, and production hardening.

What we think will help you succeed

You are strong in software engineering fundamentals and systems thinking.
You are comfortable with JavaScript or TypeScript and API-driven architectures.
You care about correctness, not just demos.
You like working close to the product and seeing how systems behave in day-to-day use.

    How you will work

You will work across product, design, and delivery rather than in an isolated engineering lane.
You will have room to influence architecture and development standards early.
